ABTEY CHOCOLATE
In the family ABTEY, chocolate is a passion that dates back to the 40s. The chocolate ABTEY was created in 1946 by Amelie and Henry Abtey in a small local 20m ² in Mulhouse. 15 years later, in 1961, they launched what would become the specialty of the chocolate factory: chocolate filled with liquor without crystallization of sugar. The love of chocolate is a true family story. Three generations later, we are still passionate about it. Today, our chocolate factory no longer occupies a small premises of 20m² but 7,500 m² of production area in Heimsbrunn, near Mulhouse, headed by Anne-Catherine Roedel, the granddaughter of Amelie and Henry Abtey. Our family business continues to develop its know-how: innovation, originality and quality are the hallmarks and success of our chocolate brand. All our achievements are based on high quality pure cocoa butter chocolate.

Dans la famille ABTEY, le chocolat est une passion qui date des années 40. La chocolaterie ABTEY a été créée en 1946 par Amélie et Henry Abtey dans un petit local de 20m² à Mulhouse. 15 ans plus tard, en 1961, ils lancent ce qui deviendra la spécialité de la chocolaterie : le chocolat fourré à la liqueur sans cristallisation de sucre. L’amour du chocolat est chez nous une véritable histoire de famille. Trois générations plus tard, nous en sommes toujours aussi passionnés. Aujourd’hui, notre chocolaterie n’occupe plus un petit local de 20m² mais 7.500 m² de surface de production à Heimsbrunn, à proximité de Mulhouse, avec à sa tête Anne-Catherine Roedel, la petite-fille d’Amélie et Henry Abtey. Notre entreprise familiale ne cesse de développer son savoir-faire : innovation, originalité et qualité font la renommée et le succès de notre marque de chocolat. Toutes nos réalisations sont à base de chocolat pur beurre de cacao de haute qualité.
